To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and follow the rules below. The individual signing the rental agreement (“the renter”) is responsible for compliance.

RULES FOR BIRTHDAY PARTY CENTER RENTALS
1. Setup
- South Union staff will complete all setup prior to the party start time.
- Any additional decorations brought by the renter must comply with these rules.
2. Music
- If you would like music during your event, you must provide your own device, speakers, and playlists.
3. Behavior Expectations
- No unruly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior by children or adults will be permitted.
- Running, rough play, or damaging activities are not allowed.
4. Rental Time
- Each rental is for two (2) hours.
- Additional time must be reserved in advance if available.
5. Decorations
- No glitter, confetti, or similar materials are allowed.
- Decorations may not be taped or attached to walls in a way that causes damage.
6. Supervision
- The renter is the responsible party.
- The renter must remain on-site for the entire duration of the party.
- The renter is responsible for supervising all children at all times.
7. Clean-Up
- Please remove all personal items and decorations at the end of the rental.
- South Union will handle facility cleaning, but excessive mess may result in additional fees.
8. Property Care
- Any damage to the facility, equipment, or furniture will be the responsibility of the renter.
- All equipment must remain in the building.
