This form is to be used by approved plumbers only to verify that no stormwater is entering our Township's sanitary sewer system. An inspection is required prior to property being sold.

Please note that if the property owner is in non-compliance, they have 60 days to make necessary repairs or revisions. If repairs are not made within 60 days, the owner shall be issued a summary citation and, upon conviction, pay a fine in the amount of $50.00. A new summary citation shall be issued for each day in violation beyond the 60 day period. Non-compliant properties will require CCTV documentation.
