All requests must be submitted on the official PA RecordsRequest Form (see www.openrecords.pa.gov for the latest form)
Paper copies shall be 25 cents per page per side. The Open Records Officer shall review all written requests for access to public records. The Open Records Officer shall respond to such requests in writing as soon as possible but no later that five (5) business days after receiving the written request to access public records.
